We are a provider of in-line waxed paper. Our primary products in this end market consist of dry wax, uncoated, coated, and fluorocarbon treated papers.

Our products in this end market consist of thermal transfer base, matte & security labels, release base, and beverage labels. High strength combined with low basis weights make this desireable.

Our flexible packaging products consist of coated & uncoated pouch papers, available in basis weights ranging from 25 to 50 lbs. Product features include superior printability and mold resistance.

We provide only high-end, niche bag stock. End-market applications include multi-wall and single-layer paper bags, with consistency, stiffness, strength, and grease resistance.

Dunn Paper offers the industry’s broadest selection of specialty paper grades by using a variety of coatings, basis weight and fiber combinations. Product Description

Waxed	Sandwich wraps, foodservice papers	Consists of wax base paper coated with paraffin or microcrystalline waxes and is used primarily for point-of-sale foodservice packaging due to its ability to withstand water and remain impermeable to odors.
Double Coated	Heat seal pouches, fire log wraps, soap wraps	Double coated paper is coated twice on the same side during production in order to achieve an attractive appearance on both sides. Dunn Paper's double coated paper is used primarily in flexible packaging.
Uncoated	Heat seal pouches	Uncoated paper is not coated and is attractive due to its low basis weight and cost. Dunn Paper's uncoated MG paper is used for flexible packaging applications.
Metalized Base	Gift wrap, beverage labels	Metallized base paper has a glossy, metallic finished and enables strong adhesion to aluminum for use in label applications. The Company's metallized base papers are used mostly for prime labels.
Single Coated	Coffee, candy, merchandise	Single coated paper is coated once on one side during production and is typically used in applications where only one side of the paper is outward facing, leading to popularity in multi-wall bag and container applications.

Food Service Products

Wax barrier products, MG, coated & uncoated fluorocarbon-treated papers for use in fast food and other food service applications.

We are the leading and/or sole supplier of a number of highly specialized grades of flexible packaging papers to some of the industry's largest converters. We focus on efficiently producing low volumes of specialty grades. Our primary flexible packaging products consist of coated and uncoated pouch papers. We have maintained leading positions with key customers as a result of their superior printability, mold resistance, consistency, coating strength, and low basis weights.

Specialty Bag

Pharmacy, novelty, merchandise, multiwall, theater popcorn, cookie, bread and numerous other nich bag stock.

Basis weight 23 - 78 lbs.

Dunn Paper has been selective in producing only high-end, niche bag stock. End-market applications include multi-wall and single-layer paper bags. Our products provide superior printability, consistency, stiffness, strength, and grease resistance and are available in basis weights of 23 to 78 lbs.
